Abstract

Companies looking for additional flexibility and cost control on the changing landscape of cloud computing search for multi-cloud solutions.    While migrating Dockerized apps across several cloud providers presents difficulties, Docker enables application deployment across platforms.    By means of reusable, modular structures suitable for various cloud platforms, Terraform, an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool provides a decent approach to prepare multi-cloud Docker migrations.    Making precompiled and tested modules helps in rapid IaC terraform development. This architecture offers stability, security, and compliance even as it streamlines cloud resource provision, Docker container deployment, and merging of cloud-specific services.  The ability of Terraform for IAC, modularity, and state management enables the ideal multi-cloud deployment, thereby enhancing operational flexibility and resource economy. Finally the number of IaC terraform modules are developed and tested for docker multi-cloud migration and compared migration.
