The development of new urbanization has brought about the transfer of human capital, and more and more people are moving from rural areas to cities, driving the development of urbanization. In this regard, by studying the spatial transfer of human capital, we can understand the relationship between human capital and economic development. The rational allocation of resources in human capital is also an important measure to promote high-quality economic development.
