Abstract

This article introduces a multi-objective interval-based collaborative planning approach for virtual power plants and distribution networks. After thoroughly analyzing the operational dynamics and communication load transmission characteristics of 5G base stations, a demand response model involving virtual power plants and 5G base stations in the cellular respiration process was developed. A multi-objective interval optimization model was then formulated for the joint planning of virtual power plants and distribution networks. The results of the calculations confirm the method's effectiveness.
