Abstract
One of the most critical plans that financial institutions can adopt to improve their relationship with clients and in the formation of value in competitive digital economy has been found to be customization process. This research paper introduces a premise by authors aimed at creating smart and context-aware content personalization in the field of finance that can be implemented through integrating Generative AI (GenAI), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Java-based integrations. The results indicate that GenAI models have great potential in the context of financial information, user behaviour processing and real-time context processing to provide more useful, accurate and personalised content than either a rule based or collaborative filtering system. Combining these models with AEM would allow the financial institutions to report individualized content on mass scale without hiccups alongside reduced response speed and operational lag. Also, the research paper notes the significance of good governance, transparency, and the ethical protection. The fact that there are indications of transparency and oppressed learning procedures which guarantee the privacy of information contributes to the probability of the customers appropriating customised services. It develops in the article a real-time production of an architectural of financial aspects that may be altered to seek the initiating the introduction of the generative AI in the innovative smaller content audit strategies. It outlines how the financial institutions might intervene and mediate the individualisation, competition and magnitude between the data governance concerns, affections and equity questions.
