Abstract
Cloud computing has revolutionized IT infrastructure by enabling dynamic scalability and resource allocation. This paper presents a novel framework for automating resource provisioning in cloud environments using scalable virtualized architectures. The proposed approach integrates intelligent orchestration tools and machine-learning-driven allocation mechanisms to optimize resource usage and reduce operational costs. Middleware modernization plays a critical role in ensuring seamless compatibility and deployment of virtualized resources across heterogeneous environments. Experimental results demonstrate significant improvements in deployment speed, resource utilization, and system reliability. This work highlights the potential for automation in transforming traditional cloud provisioning workflows.
