Abstract

The integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) in aquaculture has significantly improved efficiency and productivity. This research presents an innovative IoT solution using Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) technology to enhance energy efficiency and security for fish farmers. By leveraging LPWAN, the system ensures long-range connectivity with minimal power consumption, enabling remote monitoring of water quality parameters such as pH, temperature, and oxygen levels. Additionally, advanced encryption techniques are incorporated to secure data transmissions, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure system integrity. The study demonstrates the feasibility and advantages of LPWAN in sustainable and secure aquaculture management, offering a cost-effective and scalable approach for fish farmers.
