Abstract
This study focuses on the organization of the 50th anniversary commemorations of the 25th April Revolution in Portugal, specifically examining all events held at a higher education institution. The central challenge lies in designing a cultural program and addressing the strategic complexities associated with planning and executing these celebrations. Employing a mixed methods approach, the research combines document analysis, direct observation, and an analysis of visual communication materials to provide a comprehensive understanding of the organizational framework and strategies employed.
