Abstract

In the ever-evolving landscape of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), ensuring robust data security remains a pivotal challenge. As cyber threats grow in sophistication and frequency, traditional security mechanisms often fall short of effectively safeguarding data against unauthorized access and cyber-attacks. This research introduces a novel approach rooted in game theory, specifically leveraging the Nash equilibrium concept, to enhance data security frameworks. By analyzing the strategic interactions between potential attackers and defenders, this study aims to develop a dynamic, predictive model that adapts to changes in threat landscapes. The proposed method promises not only to bolster the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data but also to revolutionize the existing paradigms of cybersecurity and network privacy. This groundbreaking approach is expected to make significant contributions to the fields of cybersecurity, offering a strategic edge in the ongoing battle against digital threats.
