Abstract

In this work Klein Gordon equation, which describes the behavior of the laser beam passing through nano chips was used. The solution of the Klein-Gordon equation includes an exponential term depending on the wave number. Using the conventional Maxwell's equations for a magnetic medium inducing an internal oscillating magnetic field out of phase with the external magnetic field a complex expression of the wave number was found. This expression predicted a frequency-dependent wave function and laser intensity. The intensity relation shows strikingly that the electronic chip acts as a capacitor sometimes and acts like an inductor under certain circumstances also.
